2. Full take off of Quantities and Scheduling for Pricing Document – SMM7 of NRM
3. Identify best strategy for Change Control for Project
4. Project Programming review including advice of long lead items of work
5. Agree Financing for Scheme with Bank or Financier
6. Collate Enquiry Pack for Pricing by Contractors and or Client Direct Subcontractors
7. Full comparison of Contractor Prices and Recommendation to Client
8. Collate and Draft Main Contract for execution

 

Post Contract – The Works
 

1. Manage Monthly Valuations and Payments to Contractors / Subcontractors / Suppliers
2. Manage Change Control Process
3. Provide Cost Reports to Client projecting estimated Final Account for works
4. Quality Control
5. Attend Monthly Project Meetings
6. Liaise with Project Financiers
7. Contract Administration
